I am using Maxmind trail subscription. I have $5 in account. I am getting this error. An error occurred with the Fraud Check. Please contact support.

Do I have to set anything in MaxMind website account?

Did you contact MaxMind maybe they can help you fast

Yep, they changed some settings on their end so that maxmind works with whmcs. Now it's working.

It appears that after you setup a new account with them, you have to contact them directly to advise them you are using WHMCS. Something about their legacy system that's not automatically turned on.
