some questions rgarding whmcs

i am interested in buying whmcs but i have some questions

 

at the moment we are using Ihost and probably it i an immature piece of software at the moment but is cheaper that whmcs that's why we have been using it till now

 

the quetions now :

 

1 is there any script witch can import the accounts from ihost including subscriptions ..

 

2 is there any difference if we buy this script from a reseller witch is selling it cheaper ?

 

3 can we get some help after we buy whmcs to get things fixed in case we have some troubles regarding importing accounts or using it ? is it for fre or we have to pay for it ?

 

i see you have a monthly fee witch is not cheap soo i guess this price includes some help to start up not keep asking for money for any help we need..

 

 

We had and have scripts witch work but we are ready to switch if we get the support it takes to move on whmcs

Hi,

 

There is no import script for iHost so you would have to import all your existing clients data manually but you are of course allowed to ask questions that you might have about that process while doing it.

You would get the same support, regardless of where you legally bought the license.

As long as your support period is current you can get support for the product directly from the WHMCS help desk...and there's always this forum for member to member support. As for importing accounts, that would likely be beyond the scope of normal support, unless the issues were fairly generic or specific to issues with WHMCS after the import was done (they won't do the import or explain the steps in detail, I'd guess). It may be possible to hire Matt to create an import script for this other product for you, but since it's not being asked for by anyone else (so far), it would likely incur a custom programming charge. You'd need to discuss that with him to see if it's possible.

The monthly purchase price (assuming you're referring to the leased license) includes support for the product. Many answers to issues that come up for new users can be found here in the forum, however, and you're encouraged to search here first.
