There's already a domain in the account 'xxxx.com' I only see this on the left menu area *Manage Overview Auto Renew Nameservers Registrar Lock Contact Information Private Nameservers *Actions Renew Register a New Domain Transfer in a Domain I've already checked the EPP Code box in Domains/TLDS in whmcs. I wonder if I missed something? which domain registrar are you using? have you checked whether that the registrar supports EPP for that TLD? whether the feature is shown in the client area, depends on whether the registrar module used actually supports the feature. if it's a WHMCS registrar module, it should be listed in https://docs.whmcs.com/Domain_Registrars - if EPP is supported, it should be shown in the sidebar on the domain management page, as per the thread below.
