socialpoint24 Posted February 3, 2018 Share Posted February 3, 2018 I can't edit an invoice if I made a mistake. When I delete an invoice and start over, they're number wrong. When I apply payments it uses credit that the system just creates out of thin air. Can't change invoice ID's or Client's ID's. System sucks. You can change the invoice id, but you have to understand what you're doing , and change it in a few places in the database As far as deleting invoices and the number being wrong, that's not necessarily true. That's how autoincrement works though. If you delete an invoice number,. the next one is going to be the next available number. You can't have the old number replaced. Instead of deleting invoices, what you want to do is edit them. You certainly can edit them, but you can't change the owner (would be a nice feature request), unless, of course, you're smart enough to manipulate the database Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
