WHMCS Re-store from old configuration

Recommended Posts

The following is what I wrote to the support team:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please read carefully my requirements:

  1. I had a web hosting business, and I had an account with you

  2. I bought a whmcs template "Vortex" from "https://www.templategenie.com/"

  3. I installed my Template as front end of my clients to see and order my products. I modified the template and dded slides and configured properly.

In my dedicated server:

  1. I had a Linux server (hosting)
  2. Windows 2012 server (hosting)

The system was working properly without any error

I stopped working for few months and the system was about to shutdown, then we backedup everything and put in a ZIP file.

Now, I wanted to re-start my web hosting business again. I asked someone to restore all those things including, the servers, WHMCS admin and Client (template) part with its data. He tried, and tried, but he failed.

NOW, I need you to:

  1. Restore the servers (Linux and Windows from the ZIP files
  2. Restore the WHMCS admin part and the front part (template) or the client

OR if the servers (Linux and the Windows) cannot be restored, I need you to:

  1. Restore WHMCS admin part
  2. whmcs client part (which is very important for me)

Knowing that, I have a new Linux server server now ready.

N.B. I need his on Monday to be ready if it can be done.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I need somebody to help me.
