Can whmcs do the following, or is there a module for this:

1. A client orders a particular product, and that product needs supporting documentation.
2. The documentation is for FICA purposes, like ID and proof of residency.
3. On the product that is ordered to have an attach file button either in the cart or checkout so that client can upload their documents before completing the order.
4. If possible the same as below where you can drag a file to attach or choose a file (Max Total size 976.56MB).

This is a must as anyone purchasing new services with sim cards have to submit supporting documents.

it could be done but not out of the box, you can use WHMC API to place the order and upload client files, but this may require programming knowledge or 3rd party developer to complete it as it should.
