todaysinternet
I installed an addon module(Duda). I activated it at Setup >> Addon modules and entered the API information, however the module does not show on the product list dropdown when adding a new product. I realize this is a 3rd party addon, but I just wanted to know if there was any common reasons, like I step i missed that is preventing it from showing on the list of modules when adding a product. Any help would help would be helpful.
WHMCS ChrisD
Hey @todaysinternet First thing would be to ensure it's meant to show up as a product module, as it may be configured to show up as an Addon instead

WHMCS ChrisD
Try refreshing the files in /modules/servers/duda and ensuring the permissions are correct (0644)

But now I got them in the right directory and it is now showing on the module dropdown list, but when I select it, it gives me a 644 error. I checked the permissions and all the files are 644, (but the folders are 744) and I'm getting a 403 error, would the folder permission cause this? It's not letting me change the folder from 744, which I can do from command if its needed.
todaysinternet
Sorry I mean it's giving a 403 error, not
WHMCS ChrisD
Yep that will be permissions errors, set the folder and files to match what your other directories and files
