PayPal Gateway

Hey I am running into an error that I cant seem to fix. Whenever a user tries to pay with PayPal and chooses the option of paying an invoice with paypal using bank they run into the following error:

 

"Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."

 

 

I am desperately trying to fix this issue, if anyone know something I could try. Thank you!
