John Kennedy
So, this week WHMCS decided that it's not going to generate any of the December invoices for any of our customers and set the Next due date for January 2018 instead December 2017. Any idea why that would happen and how to revert that? I don't fancy changing due dates on multiple products for most of our 300+ customers. There should have been an invoice generated for 04/12/2018 as well, but there wasn't as the next due date skipped a month.
John Kennedy
Also, WHMCS started generating "consolidated" invoices for all unpaid invoices to date. No invoicing settings changed recently.
WHMCS Marcus
Hello @John Kennedy, for this issue I would suggest opening a ticket with our Support Department so we can take a closer look: https://www.whmcs.com/support Typically when no invoices are generating, it is caused by an issue with the Cron Job.
