Atelier Studios
WHMCS (leased) Version 7.4.1 Not sure what happened during our last update but our WHMCS is now pop-up galore! Every time I load the dashboard I get the 'what's new in vX' pop-up and despite ticking don't show me this again it still happens. Also, every ticket response brings up a 'ticket changed' pop-up even if it has not been changed! I have attempted to clear template cache to no end. I have also enabled SQL debugging but nothing is appearing in the log.

WHMCS ChrisD
Hey @Atelier Studios Thanks for your post I apologise for the delay in getting back to you. Regarding the ticket popup, this could be a sessions issue. Please download sessiontest.php and then upload this to your WHMCS install, visit this page reload the page and the number should increase by 1 each time if this doesn't increase by one it will be a PHP Sessions issue that your server admin will need to fix. For the feature highlights please clear your browser cache and cookies and reload, if this doesn't resolve it please check for any errors in console. SneekeeeServices
Have also been receiving the Feature Highlights issue which we were able to fix by clearing cache. But every time we try to reply to a ticket, or change the status, the "Ticket Changed" popup will appear. Tried your test by downloading the "sessiontest.php" file and the counter increases as expected. Would you have any ideas what could be causing it? Quote Ticket Changed This ticket has been modified since you started working on it. Are you sure you wish to continue? A new ticket reply has been posted by the end user. Ticket status changed from '' to 'Customer-Reply'. Ticket user id changed from '' to '9'. Ticket department changed from '' to 'Support Enquiries'. Ticket admin flag changed from 'Unassigned' to 'Unassigned'. Ticket priority changed from '' to 'Medium'. Ticket subject changed from '' to 'Client Update'.
