davet
I've activated Inbound and Outbound spam filter for my domain interactiveonline.com from MartketConnect for the SpamExperts spam filter service. According to https://kb.spamexperts.com/36678-getting-started/227750-getting-started-with-outbound it says the following: +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Setting up your SMTP hostname Hosted Cloud users Trial users: SMTP Hostname: smtp-trial.antispamcloud.com Port: 587 Licensed Users: Please contact support@spamexperts.com for your custom SMTP (and SPF) hostname +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I tried to email support@spamexperts.com so we can get our outbound SMTP server setup but the email was returns with the following: +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ This ticket was opened from an email address which is not yet associated with a client account in our system. For security reasons we are unable to access your products/details, until the support request is initiated from an authorised contact. You can add/remove authorised email addresses directly at https://my.spamexperts.com/ (MY DETAILS - MANAGE CONTACTS). Alternatively you can open a support ticket directly from the portal after login. If you do not have access to our portal, please reach out to the main account holder to authorise you. If you've lost your password, a password reset can be executed here https://my.spamexperts.com/pwreset.php. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I do not have an account direct with them and there is no way to just register for their help desk. How do I get support for the SpamExperts service? Do I contact WHMCS directly? I thought with the outbound service I get my own SMTP server that SpamExperts sets up for me to use to send email instead of using my server's SMTP server for sending. I need to know how to get that setup. Any suggestions?
