Hannan Posted November 2, 2017 Share Posted November 2, 2017 Hi there, I was wondering to ask if it is possible to add feature that 'Signup Anniversary Prorata' can be only activated for certain customers? We do have some customers which multiple services which they have ordered in different dates. However they want to receive one invoice and pay it all in same date. But we some other clients (by default) they prefer to receive invoice when they have ordered a product. Is it possible to have this feature? Please advise if it is already there. You can use the mass update option on the Client Summary to adjust the next due date of the items on a client account - https://docs.whmcs.com/Clients:Summary_Tab#Mass_Updating_Services.2FAddons.2FDomains With this, you can set the due date of the products to be whatever you wish, generating a pro-rated invoice if required. If for example WHMCS add a feature in Client's profile so when you tick it. It does it automatically for the client. Is it possible to add something like that in future?
