Si Posted November 30, 2007 Share Posted November 30, 2007 Hi, Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I have an existing customer who has just placed an order for a new domain, but the order was marked as FRAUD and he didn't even get a message or a telephone call. The strange thing is, in maxmind, his fraud score was a perfect 0. So why was his order marked as FRAUD? Anyone else seeing this today? Si Posted December 2, 2007 Author Share Posted December 2, 2007 It hasn't happened again, but this is what maxmind support came back with: "I've looked over the order and the IP address of the client, and nothing about them looks fraudulent, so I'd say that this is most likely a whmcs integration issue." As its not happened again, only this once (twice if you take the second re-order by the same customer a couple of minutes later), and this same customer ordered another service the following day without any issue, I'll let it go.....and hope it was just one of those 'internet moments'.
