LicenseChef Posted October 14, 2017 Share Posted October 14, 2017 Anybody using Kayako as the support module noticed after upgrading to 7.3 the clientareahome no longer calls Kayako to fetch the list of open tickets? I placed a die() in fetchOpenTickets.php for kayako and the clientareahome continues to load, so that means clientarea.php is no longer calling kayako.
