Whats the point of custom.css if style guide keeps changing?

Hello,

I can understand style guide changing from 6x to 7x, but is a big waste of my time when I find changes from 7.1.2 to 7.2.x and 7.3.

When you finalize 7.x you need to stick with that style guide. Not go changing style names that affect hover and other styles that should have been frozen until version 8.

Its Poor strategy otherwise.

I spend far too much time on upgrading WHMCS.  Mostly because of custom templates.

On one hand, it's nice to see constant improvements.  On the other, it's a PiTA when customized templates that have to be constantly re-customized.

The changes from v6 to v7 were particularly painful.  All the templates I used to use were discontinued.
