artetatu Posted September 28, 2017 Share Posted September 28, 2017 i have weird error, all email sending is working well except this one yesterday all email working well but today admin don't receive email when client cteate new ticket or client reply to the ticket usually i get email: (Ticket #xxxxx has been opened by xxxx) when client create ticket (Ticket #xxxx has had a new reply posted by xxxx) when client reply ti the ticket but today i don't receive the email, i didn't change anything 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
