Posted September 20, 2017 Share Posted September 20, 2017 Hi, assuming it's not your custom template causing this (and you should check the site using Six to be sure), this might occur if your default country is NOT set to Algeria. e.g if your default country was USA (in general settings -> localisation), then WHMCS would assume the customer was from USA and not apply the tax - until they either login as an Algerian based client or registered as one.... then the tax would be applied. if your default country isn't Algeria and you change it, then you'll probably need to close down all browser windows and relaunch the browser to test. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
