Parser Error when setting up new account

A couple of months ago a client of mine bought a domain name without hosting.

Today, they've ordered a hosting package but WHMCS failed to automatically set this up and I cannot work out why.

 

The error I get is..

Product/Service: Junior Package

Domain:

Error: 1014 - Parser error: Request is invalid

 

Any idea why this happened?

 

I logged into WHMCS and asked it to try again, and it worked..
