Customization of configurable options during checkout

I have set up 3 configurable options on my main product.

 

For example, each of the feature, I use "Yes/No" option to activate or deactivate so i could get 7 combinations, such as

Here come my expectation: In the order form, the customer is required to choose minimum 1 configuration options, in order to proceed with order checkout.
