Posted September 2, 2017 Share Posted September 2, 2017 I think I can recall this occurring when a ticket has an attachment and that attachment can no longer be accessed (server permissions) or it's been deleted. if it were me, and you really want to delete the ticket, i'd just delete the appropriate row from the tbltickets database table - though backup the db first in case you delete the wrong row! 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
