Missing from e-mail address in support ticket replies

I just implemented WHM and customers are reporting the "from" e-mail address is empty when then submit a support ticket. I just tested it and confirmed. The Reply-To address is there, but the From address is missing.


For example, the From Name appears as "Support Department <>" instead of "Support Department <support@somedomain.com>"


Anyone know what I have done wrong?
