Is this just me or AfterRegistrarSaveDNS and other hooks don't work?

 

I have tried a lot of hooks related to domains, and neither of them seems to work or do anything. Is this normal? Other hooks work fine.

 

 

I have tried that and as well AfterRegistrarSaveNameServers and all the variations PreRegistrar as well. Nothing.
