Basheer
HI, MY whmcs already have 2 currency and lot of products with that currency valued price. When i add a new currency in our system and not assign price value for product with this new currency. And i login as a client and choose any product and change the currency to new one , i can purchase that product with '0' price. I can solve this issue with a simple step i just open the all old products tab one by one. Then client cannot see that product with new currency. [but this is not practical if we have lot of products] Is this whmcs issue or any settings/option for this one. ?
brian!
http://docs.whmcs.com/Currencies if you want to manually update your prices for a new currency, using the exchange rate for that currency, you can click the "Update Product Prices" button on the Currencies page (if you haven't entered an exchange rate, press the "Update Exchange Rates" button first). ... and if you want to keep the prices updated daily, you can enable the option in the automation settings as outlined in the above documentation.
Basheer
Thank you brian, But i think you didnt understand my query . I want to keep that currency with out any assign for a most of products. So i just update product prices manually for applicable products. My issue is from client side(without login) and choose any product that not assign new currency price and change the currency option(from currency select box) to new one , i can purchase that product with '0' price.
brian!
then go to the product setup, click on the pricing tab and untick the checkbox for each billingcycle/currency you don't want to offer. if you're familiar with SQL queries, you could update in bulk by inserting -1 into the cycles/currencies that you don't want to... but if not, safer to do it via the admin area a product at a time.
