Lockett
When I am trying to order something the order summary is just blank, and the continue button doesnt work. I know I can bypass this by pressing view cart, however I dont expect customers to do this. https://kryptic.us/client
brian!
if this is a new installation, i'd be tempted to re-upoad the 'vendor' and 'includes' folders again - the problem seems to be occurring for all templates (not just your customs), so unless there's a bad hook being used, I would hope just reuploading will solve the issue.

brian!
Didnt work when you start getting continue buttons failing, that is often a sign of a js clash somewhere, and the order summary issue may be similar.... the best test is to reinstall clean templates from the zip version of WHMCS that you're using - for you, that would be Six & Modern and to view the site (especially cart) using them... i've no idea how modified your Kryptic templates are from the originals, so it's possible a modification you made to them is causing this failure... under normal circumstances (e.g with clean templates), what you're seeing shouldn't occur. if the cart still doesn't work properly with clean templates, then it's possible it may be caused by an addon or hook - if you can't figure out the cause, then it may be worth opening a ticket with support and letting them take a look.
acollierr17
Hey I work with Lockett. I want to add on that him nor I have never modified any or the templates. The most I did was copy the default templates and re-named them to "Kryptic". Nothing else was done.
