hazardpro
'Newb' here So I've just started playing with WHMCS and from what I can see it generates invoices and sends them to customers even if they do not pay? For example if there is a payment error or they leave the site without paying. Is there a way to stop this? Ideally I wouldn't want the customer to receive a invoice until they have completed (paid for) the order. Thanks H

Ideally I wouldn't want the customer to receive a invoice until they have completed (paid for) the order. you could disable the "Invoice Created" email template (and it's cc equivalent) - that's just a checkbox in each template... the invoice would still be generated, but the client wouldn't receive it... when they've paid it (or you've marked it as paid), they'll receive the payment confirmation email (with attached paid invoice pdf if you have that enabled).
