Merketplace Connect SSL issue - Not able to issue SSL Certificate

Recommended Posts

There seems to be a problem with the market connect SSL certificates. We have our first order for an SSL certificate which was ordered as a standalone SSL and not as an add-on to an existing product, this certificate was processed perfectly and the certificate was able to be issues and applied to the domain name.

Our second order for an SSL certificate was ordered as an addon to an Reseller Hosting Account, the order was placed by the customer and the payment was processed. After this we attempted to configure the certificate, the first steps were ok and we were able to get to the part where you choose the email address to send the approver email to, this was blank with only one option which had an ! after the selection option. The certificate was not able to be configured.

Now the SSL certificate is show as completed, the configure button in the client view in the admin panel is greyed out, when trying to click on the resend approver email button a message comes up stating "Module Command Error This order has not yet been provisioned"

Now there is a button that says Create, when we did click on this the configure option was available however the SSL was ordered again and another fee for the SSL certificate was deducted from the marketplace balance, this should not happen.

We have opened a ticket for this issue but if anyone can shed some light on this it would be appreciated.

What does the Create Button actually mean and do when clicking on this in the admin area for the SSL?
