captainolive
What the hell? slightly panicked here. I assume this is due to some update??? I can't access my admin URL or log in, it keeps showing up as a 401 error. Also, I am getting these emails: <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"> <title>Critical Error</title> <style> body { margin: 30px 40px; background-color: #f6f6f6; } .error-container { padding: 50px 40px; font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; } h1 { margin: 0; font-size: 48px; font-weight: 400; } h2 { margin: 0; font-size: 26px; font-weight: 300; } a { color: #336699; } p.back-to-home { margin-top: 30px; } p.debug{ padding: 20px 0px; font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace, serif; font-size: 14px; } </style> </head> <body> <div class="error-container"><h1>Critical Error</h1><p>Undefined index: SCRIPT_NAME</p></div> </body> </html> These emails keep coming into my inbox and Im not sure what to do? I contacted reseller support on this issue. This straight up happened to me right after I logged off a client's WordPress site, I was literally about to go to sleep just now... at 6:30 AM... because I was up all night grinding away at this site, and now this **** is happening, and I have work today from 3 PM to 12 AM.
brian!
try the hotfix... https://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?129078-CORE-11283-Cron-failing-with-error-undefined-index-SCRIPT_NAME
captainolive
Unfortunately, the hotfix does not work. It appears to be a redirect issue... I am not sure how this is possible, but whenever I enter my WHMCS url (mysite.com/hosting/admin) It automatically redirects to (mysite.com/admin) witch is the wrong location. If I manually enter the "hosting" keyword into the URL AFTER the 401 error, it loads me into my WHMCS dashobard (?) If I visit the front end site. (mysite.com/hosting) Everything works fine. It even registeres that I am logged in as admin, but when I click on the "return to admin dashboard", it redirects me to a root admin url instead of my subfolder. (I hope I explained this well)
brian!
if I go to your admin URL, it takes me to your admin login page (login.php), it's not redirecting me back to mysite.com/admin. i'm not sure what to suggest other than perhaps try another browser to rule that from being a possibility.
captainolive
Sorry, i was using mysite as an example. The actual site is https://masterolive.com/hosting/admin/ but it redirects to https://masterolive.com/admin/ now? (as I said before, If I manually insert "hosting" into the 401 erorr url, it goes to my WHMCS dashboard like normal)
