This is the last 4 actions of the 'Activity Log' regarding his order: 21/11/2007 11:20 Order ID Passed Fraud Check System 21/11/2007 11:20 Order ID Fraud Check Initiated System 21/11/2007 11:19 Order ID 132 Fraud Check Awaiting User Input System 21/11/2007 11:19 Order ID 132 Fraud Check Initiated System 21/11/2007 11:19 New Order Placed - Order ID: 132 System Checking Maxmind, he passed the telephone fraud checking, but despite WHMCS logging that he passed the fraud check, the order remains in FRAUD status and the invoice remains cancelled. ?
