The system cron does not appear to have completed successfully within the last 24 hour

Hi,

 

I update from v6.3.1 to v7.1.2,admin area show "The system cron does not appear to have completed successfully within the last 24 hour",cron mail show "PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in/my_whmcs_fold/vendor/composer/composer/src/Composer/Downloader/GitDownloader.php on line 124"

 

please help me,thank!

When running the cron manually via SSH, I get the following:
