adamking904
I was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction. I set up a domain registrar account inside whmcs, so far so good. I had a customer sign up and the first issue appears, The confirm email link sent to member did in fact confirm the email but took member to 404 error page. Next the user has logged on and purchased a domain only. This was successful, however, once again customer receives an email, this time it's the RAA confirmation email with again a link leading to 404 page. This link did not confirm the information. The errors I get are: cpanel: None WHMCS>application Links>cpanel 1) Server ID3 Connection Error:Server Response:null [For this error I have checked the server connections and all are good.] 2) API failure: You do not have access to an account named *********. And proceeds to list 15 six digit XIDS. [i am at a complete loss with this one and search has turned up nothing.] This one has got me stumped.
WHMCS ChrisD
WHMCS>application Links>cpanel1) Server ID3 Connection Error:Server Response:null [For this error I have checked the server connections and all are good.] Have you set cPanel up with an Access Key and Username? It seems like something is blocking the API from connecting with cPanel, the other question is are you a dedicated or reseller server 2) API failure: You do not have access to an account named *********. And proceeds to list 15 six digit XIDS. [i am at a complete loss with this one and search has turned up nothing.] This one has got me stumped What module are you getting this error from?
adamking904
Thank you for your response. I corrected conflicting info used while setting up an additional server. This issue has been resolved and is again working correctly.
