rakis1985 Posted March 15, 2017 Share Posted March 15, 2017 Hi, Recently a customer of mine, has received an invoice from WHMCS, while he has not buy anything. Here is the truth.. 1) He navigated to e-shop 2) order something 3) Agreed to the terms 4) At the payment screen, decided to delete the product. 5) He navigate back. and deleted the product from cart. So the next day the WHMCS sent him automatically an unpayed invoice. What do i have to check(or uncheck) in order to fix that issue??
