Queky Posted November 17, 2007 Share Posted November 17, 2007 my support ticket works well when i submit ticket from the whmcs website. And i tried to reply in whmcs admin panel. The reply was success, a e-mail also send to the client saying that theres a reply. But the problem comes when the user reply using e-mail (reply straight from the webmail). i see from whmcs support that if i used e-mail to reply to the ticket it will show in the ticket post of admin panel as well. But mine does not. I tried using the webmail to reply the ticket, it did not even appear in the admin panel. How can i fix this? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Adam Posted November 17, 2007 Share Posted November 17, 2007 Hey, For urgent help, I recommend you open up a support ticket, http://support.whmcs.com/submitticket.php As for your problem, are you getting any bounce back emails when you send in the reply? Is your POP3 Import or PIPE setup correctly for that email? Did you check the error logs in WHMCS Admin Panel to see if everything is working fine?
