everything is working fine... the PIPE was correct... hmm... now is that only PRESALES QUESTIONS (i made the addon to submit to ticket) does not allow reply from e-mail. other supports are fine...

my support ticket works well when i submit ticket from the whmcs website. And i tried to reply in whmcs admin panel. The reply was success, a e-mail also send to the client saying that theres a reply. But the problem comes when the user reply using e-mail (reply straight from the webmail). i see from whmcs support that if i used e-mail to reply to the ticket it will show in the ticket post of admin panel as well. But mine does not. I tried using the webmail to reply the ticket, it did not even appear in the admin panel. How can i fix this?

my friend who introduced whmcs to me has this in their whmcs client area, in the hosting package site Billing Cycle: Annually Status: Active Disk Space Usage: 105 MB Disk Space Limit: 200 MB (53% Used) Bandwidth usage: 67 MB Bandwidth Limit: 50000 MB (0% Used) And my demo do not have it. Is it because i am in DEMO mode? or is there some option to on?

I am using the demo version of whmcs. the addons how does it work? I am intending to make a free 200MB promotion. Where users enter a promotion code, they get additional 200MB. (seems like i cannot have this choice to create additional 200MB promotion code). What i currently do now is, make a ADDON that adds $1000 to the invoice and enter a promotion code to discount on this ADDON 100%. Which is not very nice to see in the invoice. And i have to manually go into the panel and change the 1000MB to additional 200MB.

How does the affiliate system work? I was checking the demo. no answer found. I want whmcs to only give customer a commission on the first payment of the paying customer. I do not want monthly commission to be paid to the affiliate. i mean Payment 1 = $100 Given commission 10% = 10dollar Payment 2 for 2nd month = $100 commission = $0 is it working like this?
