MJHost Posted February 28, 2017 Share Posted February 28, 2017 Good morning all, We are experiencing a number of issues with Stripe. I am hoping you can point me in the write direction. First Issue: When viewing the settings, within the Payment Gateway Configuration, we are seeing the following warning: Required Template Changes Not Found: We were unable to detect the presence of the required WHMCS 7.1 template changes for Stripe compatibility in your active order form template. Please ensure the changes itemised in the 7.1 upgrade here have been applied. Please see Template Changes for more information. We have checked the Documentation, for the Template Changes, as advised, and have confirmed that the required changes have been made to the template. But the issue still remains. Second Issue: When viewing the Gateway Log, we are getting the following error: No Stripe Details Found for Update Again, we have checked the Documentation, and completed the steps that are advised. We are using the Premium Comparison template. When entering the credit card details, on the front-end, the system seems to accept them.
