How to keep some widgets remain closed by default

In my WHMCS 7.1.1 Admin homepage I want to keep some widgets remain closed by default like -

 

Staff Online widget

System Health

 

Or if there is a way to hide them from home screen.

because they're now permission based, one way to remove them would be to give them invalid permissions...
