The most time consuming step were: ... [2017-01-25 13:44:26][WHMCS Installer] INFO: Applying Updates for 7.1.0-alpha.1 [] [2017-01-25 14:53:53][WHMCS Installer] INFO: Performing Update Action: addAdminPasswordResetVerificationEmailTemplate [] ... Are you able to give some more details on what happens at these steps? We then could perform these steps using some tool like percona or a custom script before we do the actual upgrade of our production db.
