brian!
Could anyone explain how I configure .CO.UK domains to automatically renew for a year when they are transferred in?I use the Nominet module. I don't think you can do it automatically from the settings - by default, when you do an IPSTAG change (which is effectively a transfer for .uk), it's just a free internal tweak to the database @ Nominet showing which Nominet member is responsible for that domain.., it's only when the domain is assigned to your IPSTAG can you do anything with it, e.g renew. we've always kept them separate for .uk - transfer in for free; and then let them renew as normal whenever it occurs... could be next week, 9 years time or anytime in between. I suppose if you wanted to renew them manually after an IPSTAG change has been completed, you could just press the "Renew" button on the domain profile page in the admin area... http://docs.whmcs.com/Domains_Management#Manually_Registering.2FRenewing_a_Domain but to do it automatically, unless i'm missing something, would probably require a hook or addon to be coded to send the appropriate renew commands.
