Provision Configurable Options On CPanel

I am new to WHMCS and am just finding my way around.

 

I have set up some configurable options (email addresses, storage etc) but am trying to work out how WHMCS provisions this on CPanel - what am I missing?

with WHMCS you basically have two options - you can either define packages in WHM and use them in WHMCS.

That's a little disappointing - what is the point of configurable options if they cannot automatically be provisioned out of the box?

 

Whilst I am not anal about these things, I did read up on the features I needed and cannot see where it says you need to pay extra for this feature, except in the addon pages, except for the addon page, when it is a little too late.

 

Maybe WHMCS is not for me, as there may be some other secrets lurking about for me o stumble upon!
