Discount Web Designer
If we are creating a quote for a new customer why does the new customer, who does not have a login yet, have to login to view and accept the quote? They should be able to view and accept the quote and then have an account created when the administrator user converts it to an invoice. Please advise.

If we are creating a quote for a new customer why does the new customer, who does not have a login yet, have to login to view and accept the quote? They should be able to view and accept the quote and then have an account created when the administrator user converts it to an invoice. the new customer will/should have received the quote as an email with a PDF attachment - so they should be able to view it via that method - then they can let you know whether they want to accept it or not... if so, you then convert it to an invoice and the new account is created. if they could accept without logging in, e.g using just a normal link, then that could be a security issue and prone to abuse - what's to stop someone else using the link to accept the quote?
