(1) Ticket Awaiting Reply - No Records Found

After the upgrade whmcs, until recently it was notified "(1) Ticket Awaiting Reply". Now 2 Ticket(s) Awaiting Reply. However, when I click it, it says "No Records Found". How can I reset/remove this?

I cleared all of the logs found under Utilities > System > System Cleanup thinking that might do it, but lo, it doesn't.

Make sure the staff has the necessary departments assigned.

I authorized as default admin and all departments assigned for me.

 

It would be great if WHMCS actually fixed this bug that's been reported many, many times now.

Waiting for hotfix. system_overview.php is a wonderful widget.
