MHN Posted January 4, 2017 Share Posted January 4, 2017 After the upgrade whmcs, until recently it was notified "(1) Ticket Awaiting Reply". Now 2 Ticket(s) Awaiting Reply. However, when I click it, it says "No Records Found". How can I reset/remove this? I cleared all of the logs found under Utilities > System > System Cleanup thinking that might do it, but lo, it doesn't. It would be great if WHMCS actually fixed this bug that's been reported many, many times now.
