Trial time in WHMCS?

so I was searching for information how to create free trial and found at this moment only one way with promo code and 100% discount for 30 days.

 

I have next questions:

- If a client buys "free trial" does WHMCS count him as an active member? In this way, we are going to reach pretty fast 250 clients and then we need to pay more for the license.

- Is there any other way to create free trial?

- Is it possible to be 3 - 7 - 15 days trial? Or any other custom amount of time.

Yes, they will be considered as an active client, we base the calculation on the status of a clients profile, this is updated daily as part of the automation settings.

 

 

Is there any other way to create free trial?

 

Whilst promotion codes are the recommended, there may be a module on marketplace.whmcs.com that does a free trial function

 

Is it possible to be 3 - 7 - 15 days trial? Or any other custom amount of time.

 

Not using promotion codes you'd need a free trial module for this
