Authorize.net Payment Gateway setup, but no Credit Card storage area shows after entering IDs

Hi have a strange issue with Payment Gateways. I started using the Paypal Gateway and found out that this method did not allow the user to save a CC in the account for future monthly transactions. So, I added the Authorize.net (powered by EVO) gateway. Once added (without the user/key) the CC data area for the client would show and allow them to enter their information for CC. I then signed up for the EVO/Authorize.net, got my key/ID and then tested a transaction. All is working great. BUT, that CC storage area that was showing without the proper login of the Gateway is not GONE after I have properly signed into the Gateway. This makes no sense. Does a cron have to run to update all the access for the clients?

I don't know what changed, but I want the user to be able to store their CC data using the Authorize.net tokenID CC storage ability. Please help.

I have NO idea why, but the "Manage Credit Card" area under billing just started showing up. Nothing changed on my end, but after writing this post and returning to a client for testing, the option started showing. I have checked several clients and it shows for all, even those clients that do not owe money and have a free site. So, problem fixed, but would be nice to know why...

I haven't seen an option to disable the "manage credit card" area, though there is an option to disable card storage. (which I think you still need enabled in order to use the Authorize.net CIM (token based)). Also, you can use paypal billing agreements to get the auto charging that card have.
