Da1
When I try to activate the new Stripe module I get the following warning under "Theme Changes": Required Template Changes Not Found: We were unable to detect the presence of the required WHMCS 7.1 template changes for Stripe compatibility in your active order form template. Please ensure the changes itemised in the 7.1 upgrade here have been applied. Please see Template Changes for more information. I'm using the "Standard Cart" Version 7.1.0-release.1 I've gone to github and downloaded the latest. There was only one small change. It was in base.js which I promptly updated but I still get the exact same warning. Any advice would be appreciated as I don't see a thing to do here....unless ignoring that warning is OK?
WHMCS ChrisD
Hi Da1, At this time, we are aware of an issue where the Stripe Gateway is reporting that the templates are not correct and may be using an earlier version, we have identified that this is incorrect and that you are able to Ignore the warning message, it is not indicative of any issue. We have a case opened under MODULE-6483 to resolve this issue in a future release we will post to changelog.whmcs.com once we release an updated version that resolves this issue.
alphasix
We have a case opened under MODULE-6483 to resolve this issue in a future release we will post to changelog.whmcs.com once we release an updated version that resolves this issue. I'm surprised to see this issue persist in WHMCS 7.2.1-release.1. Is there an ETC as to when this will be resolved? Thank you!
