Edit cart.php file

that would be done through the order form you're using

Edit whmcs/templates/orderforms/configureproductdomain.tpl

If your orderform doesn't have configureproductdomain.tpl , then edit whmcs/templates/orderforms/standard_cart/configureproductdomain.tpl

keep in mind, you'll want to save this as a custom template so it doesn't get overwritten on update. Also, make sure to change the orderform to that template in setup -> general settings > ordering
