Si Posted December 10, 2016 Share Posted December 10, 2016 Hi, My choice is to eventually allow cPanel to suspend customer hosting accounts after they go over quota and have ignored email warnings. The problem is, after suspension, customers cannot upgrade their accounts. They have to contact support to ask for the account to be unsuspended first.
