Add an option "use a subdomain" for free

I would like to add an option "use a subdomain for Monrespro" like http://website.monrespro.com for allowing someone to use a subdomain of my domain for testing.

thats a standrad option/feature of whmcs - you define in on the product

If you are referring to offering the client a free version of a paid hosting product, using a subdomain, then you should create a secondary product which has the subdomain restriction and link to it from the original product by modifying your template or product description of paid product ( for instance <(a href=hxxp://whmcslink.tld/cart?a=add&pid=freeproductid>Use a Subdomain for Free)</a>.
