Multiple reseller accounts

We have multiple reseller accounts and standard dedicated servers/VPS running WHM. The dedicated/VPS servers are fine, but the reseller accounts all have different prefixes on their packages. Is there a way to set up a product so that it can create the account on the different reseller/servers?

HI qchost,

Thanks for your post right now if you are using server groups your options are Add to the least full server or Fill active server until full then switch to next least used it's not possible to have them setup on a random server at this time, the system will always fill a server before moving to the next one. Using Add to the least full server works great to fill spaces left by churned customers.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry, I mean where the packages are named differently on the different reseller accounts. So for example I have a hosting product named "Standard Hosting". This is set up to use a package called "standardpackage". The reseller accounts prefix the packages with the reseller user name, so for example "qchost_standardpackage", but the dedicated/VPS servers do not. Is there a way to use the single product "Standard Hosting" on the different reseller accounts with the different package names.

Hi Qchost,

This is the way cPanel/WHM setup the accounts, as far as I am aware the prefix is the username and is automatically appended by cPanel/WHM however if you haven't done so i'd recommend checking with cPanel

Thanks, but the packages are all set up, but with various prefixes. The question is, can WHMCS use multiple different package names within 1 product.
