apexpro
I am working with a rather unique client that is deadset on using whmcs. First off, the client deals with b2b clients on a day to day business activity. That said, their clients submit claims on a daily / weekly / monthly basis for warranties related to the service. Now, since warranties are tied so much into billings as they are credited to their monthly bills, it makes sense to tie it into whmcs. The credit part is easy, just issue a credit memo. The question becomes, should this be something that's project based or a fully custom add-on? For example, someone submits a claim, the internal team reviews it, request docs and if approved, then it's credited it. There is some back and forth. My first thought is use the whmcs project manager but that seems overkill. Open to feedback / suggestions.

apexpro
couldn't you just you the support ticket system for this... ? Simple, yet brilliant. Will give that some thought. Was hoping for a seperate section but may be able to work that into the ticket system. Thank you.
