files in changelog dont match with the existing files

hi, wondering if the changelog really match with the files that should be there in the only changed files download, i did download the only changed files and looking in the changelog supposed these files have changed:

 

- templates/portal/clientareahome.tpl

- templates/portal/clientareainvoices.tpl

 

but this files are not in the only changed files download

 

In which should i trust? in the changelog or in the only changed files download?

i noticed that too.

 

i don't have the license bought from whmcs thou, but from somewhere else.

 

i asked the license provider to request new or updated archives from Matt.

There are many reasons why a file can change, and it doesn't mean you need to update them. If using changed files, then upload everything in the zip file and nothing else.
